Counselling Sessions.

You can choose in-person counselling sessions or undertake them via Telehealth.
You'll be sent a Zoom link prior to your appointment time if you have chosen Telehealth.​
Note for international clients that these times are Australian EST.​​
Note: Cancellations within a 24 hour window of your appointment time are non-refundable.

Clinic Doctor
If you are seeing Dr Wilcox for the first time, you must book a 'First Consultation' session. The fees for this are charged as per the AMA Level C guidelines. Fee: $198.00. Medicare Rebate: $82.90 You will be guided with future bookings with Dr Wilcox after seeing our clinic counsellor as part of our Assessment procedures. You must attend a Discovery Session with the clinic as part of all ADHD provisional assessments. Book online.
Important: If you wish to see Dr Wilcox through Telehealth and you have not seen him in person, you will not be able to claim Medicare Rebates for your Telehealth sessions and will be charged the full AMA fee. If you have seen Dr Wilcox in person, you may then attend sessions via Telehealth and claim the Medicare Rebate.
